How do you stack up with your alcohol and/or other drug use?

Alcohol e-CheckUptoGo (eCHUG) is a strictly confidential interactive web survey that allows you to enter information about your drinking patterns and receive feedback about your alcohol use. The assessment takes about 6-7 minutes to complete, is self-guided, and requires no face-to-face contact time with a counselor or administrator. It is not possible for anyone to access the information you enter into eCHUG, so you can feel secure that nobody but yourself, or who you choose to give it to, will know what you reported in the survey.

Cannabis e-CheckUptoGo is similar to the above-mentioned eCHUG but, obviously, based on marijuana usage.

The Cannabis Use Disorder Test (CUDIT-R) is an anonymous survey that accesses how marijuana may be affecting your life.
