Join NC State Dining dietitian, Lauren Smith, and Student Health Services dietitian, Soo Uhm, as we explore food through the lens of curiosity and experimentation. Our relationship with food can be riddled with diet culture and “good” and “bad” categories, but taking food back to basics through flavor, texture and visual appeal can rebuild how we nourish ourselves. For NEDA month, we’ll be offering cooking demos and tasting lectures with the goal of learning how to incorporate fear foods and trying new flavors.
